These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Prymeo's website, located at www.prymeo.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Prymeo. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, applicable law.

License 

Unless otherwise stated, Prymeo and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Prymeo. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Prymeo for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Prymeo
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Prymeo
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Prymeo
  • Redistribute content from Prymeo

Booking Terms

When you book a property through Prymeo, you’re securing accommodation directly with us. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in the property’s local currency and include standard fees unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed securely, and a booking confirmation will be sent by email.

Cancellation Policy

We follow a Moderate Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in
  • 50% refund (excluding first night) if cancelled less than 5 days before check-in
  • If you leave early, 50% of the unused nights after 24 hours will be refunded

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and processed in the property's time zone.

Changes to Bookings

Date changes are subject to availability and pricing updates. Contact our team to make a change.

Check-In & Check-Out

Times are listed on the property page and confirmation email. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.

House Rules

All guests must follow the individual house rules listed per property. No parties, no smoking indoors, and no unapproved guests.

Damage & Security Deposits

Guests may be required to pay a security deposit. You are liable for any damages or additional cleaning caused during your stay.

Guest Conduct

We may cancel a booking without refund if house rules are broken or misconduct occurs.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or civil unrest.

Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a stay with Prymeo. ID may be requested.

Use of Property

Bookings are for residential use only. Commercial use (e.g. events, shoots, subletting) is not allowed without written approval.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive by midnight on check-in day and haven’t contacted us, your booking will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued.

Taxes & Fees

Applicable taxes depend on the location:

  • United Kingdom: Prices may include VAT. No city tax in most areas.
  • United States: Local occupancy or lodging taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • South Africa: VAT is included. Regional levies may apply depending on municipality.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties related to the website and the use of the website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

As long as the website and the information on it are provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
